Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, marketing, and operations
- Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones and deliverables
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through regular status updates and presentations
- Implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and project success rates
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with SaaS or tech products
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience with remote team coordination and hybrid work environments
