Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of high-stakes corporate initiatives.
- Manage cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication, alignment, and successful deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules, utilizing agile and waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving bottlenecks to keep projects on track.
- Conduct regular status reviews and present performance metrics to executive leadership to drive decision-making.
- Lead root cause analysis for project deviations and implement corrective action plans.
- Champion process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency and team productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale corporate projects.
- PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project) and CRM systems.
