Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise-level software development initiatives
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals
- Manage cross-functional teams (engineering, design, product) through Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery within budget constraints
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and executive reporting
- Implement continuous improvement processes for project management excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of project management experience with 3+ years in tech/IT
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence tools
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $500K
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar project management software
