Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of project lifecycles from scoping to post-implementation review
- Stakeholder management across C-suite, technical teams, and external partners
- Agile/Scrum methodologies implementation using JIRA and Confluence
- Risk mitigation and budget management for multi-million dollar projects
- Process optimization and resource allocation across 10+ concurrent projects
- Vendor coordination and contract negotiations
- Performance reporting and KPI tracking for executive leadership
Qualifications
- 7+ years in project management with 3+ in tech/healthcare
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven experience managing budgets >$1M and teams of 8-15
- Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Strong data analysis skills with SQL proficiency
- Experience with Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence, Trello)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
