Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management from initiation to closure
- Agile/Scrum implementation for 10+ member cross-functional teams
- Stakeholder communication and executive reporting to C-suite
- Risk mitigation and change management for enterprise-scale projects
- Budget oversight ($500K+ project values) and resource optimization
- Vendor management and third-party coordination
- Process improvement through PMO best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience managing IT/digital transformation projects
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record with Jira, Confluence, and Asana
- Experience in financial services or SaaS industries preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Advanced conflict resolution and negotiation skills
