Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage client expectations
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring quality deliverables
- Implement continuous improvement processes for project efficiency
- Utilize Jira, Confluence, and Asana for project tracking and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management with PMP/PRINCE2 certification
- Proven track record delivering complex technology projects on time and budget
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with cloud migration, SaaS implementations, or digital transformation
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive leadership
