Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise-level software development initiatives
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals
- Manage cross-functional teams including developers, UX designers, and stakeholders
- Implement Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to ensure iterative progress and quality delivery
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation with precision
- Facilitate risk mitigation and change management processes
- Generate comprehensive project reports and executive dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience with SaaS products
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on time and within budget
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with remote team coordination and global project delivery
- Strong analytical problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
