Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management from initiation to closure
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and marketing departments
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining budget and scope alignment
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through regular status updates and presentations
- Implement Agile methodologies to optimize project delivery and team performance
- Conduct post-project reviews to document lessons learned and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of project management experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders competing priorities
- Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
