Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor project scope, timelines, and deliverables using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and stakeholders to achieve project milestones
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies while maintaining quality standards
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide regular progress reports to executive leadership
- Develop detailed project documentation including SOWs, Gantt charts, and change requests
- Optimize resource allocation and budget management throughout project lifecycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience in IT/software development
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience managing projects with budgets exceeding $500K
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making approach
