Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise software deployments and digital transformation initiatives
- Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Manage stakeholder communications across executive, technical, and client teams
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies with Jira and Confluence tools
- Track KPIs and ROI metrics using Power BI dashboards
- Mitigate risks through proactive change management and contingency planning
- Mentor junior project managers and cultivate team leadership skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech or SaaS environments
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Expertise in managing cross-functional teams (engineering, UX, product, marketing)
- Proven success with enterprise-scale projects ($1M+ budgets)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Asana, and resource planning tools
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presentation skills
- Experience with compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001)
