Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Stakeholder communication and expectation management across executive, technical, and client-facing teams
- Resource allocation, budget forecasting, and risk mitigation for $1M+ initiatives
- Implementation of Agile/Scrum methodologies with Jira/Confluence proficiency
- Performance tracking using KPIs and dashboards to ensure project milestones are achieved
- Vendor management and contract negotiation for external partnerships
- Mentorship of junior project team members to foster professional development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of project management experience with 3+ years in tech/IT sector
- PMP or CSM certification required with ongoing professional development
- Proven track record delivering complex projects with cross-functional teams of 10+ members
- Expertise in SDLC methodologies and project management tools (Asana, MS Project, Trello)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong financial acumen for budget management and ROI analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive-level presence
