Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management from conception to delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Stakeholder alignment across technical, business, and executive teams with clear communication frameworks
- Resource allocation and team leadership for 5-8 member cross-functional squads
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution with 95%+ on-time delivery track record
- Financial oversight including budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Process optimization through PMO standards implementation and tool utilization (Jira, Asana)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience in software development or IT services
- PMP or CPM certification with active status
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks with proven team leadership experience
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in project management tools
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
- Philadelphia-based candidates with local tech ecosystem knowledge preferred
