Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and resolve roadblocks proactively
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial controls are maintained
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and executive reporting
- Mentor junior project team members and foster continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with software development projects
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Proven ability to manage budgets exceeding $500K
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience with compliance frameworks (ISO, SOX)
- Track record of delivering projects on time and within scope
