Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from conception through delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

- Manage cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining budget control
- Facilitate regular stakeholder communications and status updates
- Implement continuous improvement processes for project delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech/IT environments
- PMI PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management tools (Jira, Asana)
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with $1M+ budgets
- Exceptional leadership and cross-functional team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
