Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business strategy
- Manage cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) and stakeholder communications
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Track KPIs, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery within budget constraints
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
- Drive continuous process improvements and implement best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience managing complex software development projects
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence tools
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing 10+ person teams
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in project management software
- Excellent communication skills for executive-level stakeholder management
- Portfolio demonstrating successful delivery of tech projects
