Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation frameworks
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and executive reporting across global teams
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes
- Manage cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and business analysts
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints
- Drive digital adoption strategies and change management initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience with enterprise software projects
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira/Confluence
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholder management experience
- Track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
