Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle project delivery from inception to closure, managing scope, timelines, and budget
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and drive continuous improvement processes
- Develop detailed project plans, risk assessments, and resource allocation strategies
- Maintain stakeholder communication through executive dashboards and status reports
- Mentor junior project managers and establish PMO best practices
- Oversee vendor management and contractual compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of project management experience with complex enterprise projects
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Proven track record in budget management ($500K+ projects)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Jira, MS Project, and Asana
