Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of software development projects from conception to launch
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, optimize sprint velocity, and mitigate project risks
- Coordinate 15+ cross-functional teams across engineering, UX, and product
- Develop detailed project roadmaps, resource allocation plans, and budget forecasts
- Implement Jira, Asana, and Confluence for seamless project tracking
- Present executive-level status updates to C-suite leadership
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing software development projects
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale SaaS projects
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in project management tools
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth tech environments
