Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for software development initiatives using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables while managing stakeholder expectations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to ensure seamless execution
- Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including roadmaps and status reports
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation to optimize cost-efficiency
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder communication meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in technology or SaaS environments
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management tools (Jira, Asana)
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with ability to influence stakeholders
