Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of complex IT infrastructure and software development projects
- Stakeholder management across C-suite, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Agile/Scrum implementation with Jira/Confluence proficiency
- Budget forecasting and variance reporting for $1M+ project portfolios
- Risk mitigation planning and compliance with PMI standards
- Vendor contract negotiation and performance management
- Post-project reviews and process optimization initiatives
- Mentor junior PMs and drive best practices adoption
Qualifications
- 5+ years project management experience with SaaS/IT infrastructure focus
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven success in matrixed organizations with 15+ stakeholder groups
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, and Asana
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Portfolio demonstrating delivery of 5+ concurrent projects
