Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex software development projects on time and within budget
- Implement Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to optimize project workflows
- Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, and resource allocation strategies
- Stakeholder management with C-level executives and external clients
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution throughout project lifecycle
- Track KPIs and generate executive-level performance reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with software development projects
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven experience with Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience managing remote teams across multiple time zones
