Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications
- Lead stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and document processes
- Develop data models and reports to support strategic decision-making
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment with sprint objectives
- Create process flows, wireframes, and user stories for development teams
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis and ROI projections for initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and present performance insights to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in tech or healthcare
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMP required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process re-engineering
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of Memphis business landscape preferred
