Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and project scope

- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and data models
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to track performance metrics
- Support UAT testing and ensure solutions meet business needs
- Present findings to leadership teams with clear recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
