Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering: Conduct interviews, workshops, and stakeholder meetings to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for optimization, efficiency improvement, and cost reduction.
- Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data to provide actionable insights, supporting decision-making processes for leadership.
- Documentation: Create and maintain clear, concise documentation including user stories, use cases, process maps, and functional specifications.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Testing Support: Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans and validate that solutions meet defined business requirements.
- Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on project status, key performance indicators (KPIs), and project milestones.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with experience working in an Agile environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective, data-driven solutions.
- Tools: Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio) is highly desirable.
