Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes using SQL, Excel, and Power BI to identify improvement opportunities
- Document requirements through user stories, process flows, and wireframes
- Develop KPI dashboards to track performance metrics and trends
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Create financial models to support budget forecasting and ROI analysis
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with emphasis in data modeling
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and ERP platforms (SAP)
