Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with corporate strategic goals.
- Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules using industry-standard methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall).
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Report key performance indicators (KPIs) and project status to senior leadership on a regular basis.
- Optimize business processes and drive operational efficiency across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management within a corporate or professional services environment.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or CAPM certification is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Jira.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with tight deadlines and limited resources.
