Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise clients using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations across technical and non-technical teams
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining budget constraints
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-up meetings
- Utilize JIRA and Microsoft Project for task tracking and reporting
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with SaaS/tech projects
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on deadline
- Expertise in Agile frameworks and hybrid methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
