Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from inception to delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (DevOps, UX, Engineering) to ensure alignment on milestones
- Develop detailed project plans, risk assessments, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to maintain project velocity
- Facilitate stakeholder communications across C-suite and external partners
- Manage $2M+ budgets with rigorous financial reporting and variance analysis
- Implement continuous improvement processes for project delivery efficiency
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive project management experience with SaaS/FinTech focus
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record delivering complex enterprise projects in NYC market
- Advanced proficiency in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Expertise in risk mitigation and compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR)
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
