Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles from inception to delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate 15+ cross-functional teams across development, design, and QA departments
- Manage stakeholder communications and executive reporting for C-suite clients
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Implement risk mitigation protocols and ensure compliance with SLAs
- Lead post-project retrospectives and process optimization initiatives
- Mentor junior PMs and conduct capability development sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years in project management with 3+ years in tech/digital transformation
- PMP or CSM certification required (PRINCE2 acceptable)
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale projects ($1M+ budgets)
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Exceptional stakeholder management across C-suite to individual contributor levels
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
