Responsibilities
- Lead & Inspire: Direct cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Agile Mastery: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives to maintain an agile development workflow.
- Roadmap Management: Own the project roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations in Denver and beyond.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential bottlenecks early and implement proactive strategies to keep projects on track.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for executives and clients, providing clear, actionable status updates.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize team capacity and assign tasks to ensure efficient utilization of talent.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically within the Software/IT industry.
- Certification: PMP, CAPM, or Prince2 certification is highly preferred.
- Methodology: Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Tools: Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or MS Project.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our Denver, CO office (or hybrid) and commute to the city.
