Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders to align on project goals
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining clear communication channels with stakeholders
- Monitor project KPIs and implement corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews to drive project success
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in project management with PMP certification
- Proven track record delivering complex technology projects in automotive or manufacturing sectors
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira, and project management tools
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
