Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (dev, design, marketing) to meet deadlines
- Manage project budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies
- Implement Jira, Asana, or similar PM tools for tracking progress
- Present project status to C-suite stakeholders via executive dashboards
- Optimize workflows through Six Sigma or PMP best practices
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years in project management with SaaS/tech experience
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven success in managing $500K+ budgets
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
