Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management, including scope definition, planning, execution, and closure
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communication across all organizational levels
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource utilization
- Drive agile methodologies and continuous improvement processes
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure deliverables meet quality standards
- Generate comprehensive project documentation and status reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience in tech or manufacturing
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, MS Project)
- Proven ability to manage budgets over $1M and cross-functional teams
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
