Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise projects on time and within budget
- Develop detailed project plans using JIRA and Asana while managing stakeholder expectations
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for technical roadblocks
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint reviews in Scrum/Kanban frameworks
- Monitor project KPIs using Power BI dashboards and adjust scope as needed
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners for seamless integration
- Mentor junior PMs and establish best practices for project governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience managing software development or IT infrastructure projects
- Active PMP or CSM certification with proven Agile/Scrum implementation
- Expertise in SDLC methodologies and cloud migration (AWS/Azure)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in resource allocation and budget forecasting
- Exceptional communication abilities for executive stakeholder management
- Track record of delivering complex projects in regulated industries
