- Stakeholder alignment across agencies, vendors, and internal teams
- Risk mitigation and budget adherence for mission-critical deployments
- Agile/Scrum methodologies implementation and team coaching
- Cross-functional coordination of DevOps, security, and compliance teams
- Performance reporting to C-suite and government oversight bodies
Qualifications
- 7+ years project management experience with federal contracts
- PMP or PgMP certification required
- Proven track record in IT infrastructure or SaaS delivery
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and MS Project
- Clearance eligibility (active or ability to obtain)
- Strong analytical and conflict resolution skills
