Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for corporate transformation initiatives
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Operations, and Finance departments
- Implement agile methodologies to ensure rapid delivery and quality assurance
- Monitor KPIs and provide executive-level progress reports to stakeholders
- Manage risk mitigation and change management processes
- Maintain Jira/Confluence documentation and project governance frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive project management experience in corporate environments
- PMP or PgMP certification mandatory
- Proven expertise in leading complex enterprise projects with $1M+ budgets
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and Asana
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience with hybrid project methodologies (Scrum/Waterfall)
- Ability to start within 1 week of offer acceptance
