Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Direct the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate projects, from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, executives, and external vendors to align project goals with business objectives.
- Risk & Compliance: Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success and regulatory compliance.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize team resources and schedule to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide comprehensive project status reports and performance metrics to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in corporate project management, preferably within the energy or corporate services sector in Houston.
- Certification: PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.
- Tools: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, MS Project) and data analytics tools.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and mentoring junior staff members.
