Responsibilities
- Lead Weekend Operations: Spearhead the planning, execution, and monitoring of all weekend project milestones, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external clients during weekend shifts, providing transparent updates and managing expectations.
- Risk Management: Identify potential bottlenecks and risks early in the weekend timeline and implement proactive mitigation strategies to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize team resources and assign tasks based on individual strengths and project requirements to maximize efficiency.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct post-weekend reviews to analyze KPIs, gather feedback, and implement process improvements for the following cycle.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, logs, and change requests, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the logistics, technology, or operations sectors.
- Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work a consistent weekend schedule (e.g., Saturday and Sunday).
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com) and MS Office Suite.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
