Responsibilities
- Lead Execution: Oversee the full lifecycle of weekend projects from initiation through closure, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
- Resource Management: Allocate team resources effectively to balance workloads during weekend shifts.
- Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budget constraints specific to weekend operations.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential operational risks and implement proactive strategies to minimize downtime.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for weekend operations, providing clear updates to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous quality checks and process reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience, preferably in IT, Logistics, or Construction.
- Certifications: PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday evening to Sunday evening) consistently.
- Tools: Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
