Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of weekend projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align project goals and manage expectations effectively.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent weekend operational delays.
- Monitor project progress using Agile and Scrum methodologies, providing daily updates to senior leadership.
- Manage resource allocation and budget adherence for weekend-specific initiatives.
- Facilitate weekly stand-ups and post-project reviews to foster continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, with a specific focus on weekend or shift-based operations.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of leading teams in a fast-paced Seattle environment.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make high-level decisions with limited supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
