Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all weekend project activities, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, vendors, and team members during off-hours operations.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, industry standards, and quality assurance protocols.
- Conduct weekly performance reviews and prepare detailed status reports for senior leadership.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to resolve weekend-specific operational issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Project Management or Operations.
- PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is strongly preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Proficient in project management software such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Monday.com.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Current residency in San Antonio, Texas.
