Responsibilities
- Lead Weekend Sprints: Direct the execution of weekend project phases, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
- Team Coordination: Manage a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and QA engineers during weekend hours.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, concise updates to clients and internal stakeholders regarding weekend progress and blockers.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee testing protocols to ensure zero critical bugs are released to production.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks early and implement mitigation strategies during the weekend cycle.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine our Agile workflows to maximize productivity during off-peak hours.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Project Management or Program Management.
- Certification: PMP, CAPM, or Prince2 certification is highly preferred.
- Methodology: Proven experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Tools: Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Availability: Must be available to work a rotating weekend schedule (e.g., Friday-Monday or Saturday-Sunday).
- Leadership: Strong leadership presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
