- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and bottlenecks
- Monitor KPIs and provide executive-level progress reporting
- Stakeholder management across C-suite and external partners
- Drive continuous improvement of project management processes
Qualifications
- 8+ years in project management with 3+ years in tech/IT
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on deadline
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with budget management ($500k+ projects)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
