Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex IT and software development projects on time and within budget
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, and resource allocation
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations across all organizational levels
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure iterative progress and quality delivery
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality standards
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular status reports to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience in software development or IT
- PMP or Scrum Master certification required
- Proven track record of managing projects with budgets exceeding $500K
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution capabilities
