Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise projects on time and within budget
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining stakeholder alignment
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies for iterative project delivery
- Monitor project KPIs and provide executive-level progress reports
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with enterprise-scale projects
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools
- Proven track record in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in financial services or healthcare tech (strongly preferred)
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments with minimal supervision
