Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders and executive leadership effectively.
- Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies to optimize project workflows and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
- Mentor junior project managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Conduct regular project reviews and retrospectives to identify lessons learned and implement process enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in project management within a corporate environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects with complex requirements.
- Professional certification (PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana).
