Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to deployment using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage stakeholder relationships across C-suite, engineering, and client teams
- Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor KPIs and implement risk mitigation protocols
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and process optimization
- Manage project budgets exceeding $2M with 95%+ on-time delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of project management experience in SaaS/tech environments
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and enterprise collaboration tools
- Proven success delivering cloud infrastructure and AI initiatives
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones
