Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and stakeholders across 3+ concurrent projects
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies while adapting to waterfall requirements for enterprise clients
- Drive risk mitigation strategies and maintain detailed project documentation using Jira/Confluence
- Present executive-level project dashboards and progress reports to C-suite leadership
- Optimize resource allocation and budget management for multi-million dollar projects
- Champion continuous improvement processes through post-mortem analyses and feedback loops
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of project management experience with 3+ years in tech/IT environments
- PMP or CPM certification mandatory; Agile/Scrum Master certification highly valued
- Proven track record delivering complex software development projects on time and under budget
- Expertise in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project) and methodologies
