Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex projects from inception to delivery.
- Define project scope, goals, and detailed resource plans to ensure successful execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of milestones.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies proactively.
- Communicate project status, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders effectively.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure projects remain within financial constraints.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional Project Management experience.
- Proven experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- PMP, PgMP, or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on stakeholder management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
