Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, stakeholders) across weekend shifts
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
- Manage project budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies
- Generate comprehensive project documentation and status reports for executive leadership
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage client expectations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with PMP/Scrum certification
- Proven track record leading technical projects in weekend/shift-based environments
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
